The Necessity Withheld

What is necessary to survival, if possessed by another, must be taken by force. There can be no level of trust or application of mutual profit symbiosis that can guaranty access to the necessity in question. If, in time of need, the necessity can be withheld for some gain, it will be, and the cost of this withholding may be great. The necessity must be controlled directly and whoever attempts to use the necessity as bait or barter implement must be destroyed or at minimum pushed aside.
